Meet Jorge and Anabel Padilla, the dynamic duo. These two over-achievers help significantly with test strip production.
Anabel has done piece-work for Precision for several years. She started off labeling all of our flats of vials (the small vials used for all of our paper strips). These vials are small, the labels are tiny, and there are 500 vials in a flat. They’re so small, the labels have to be folded around a miniature test tube, then inserted into the vial. Anabel is so fast and skilled at this, she can do it without looking.
We brought both Jorge and Anabel on full-time four years ago to help with our growing dipslide production, and he has stepped up to be able to do nearly every production task when it comes to our test strips.
Jorge also has a knack for diagnosing problems with machinery and figuring out how to fix it. He has become our go-to guy when a piece of equipment is acting up.
Like everyone on our team, Jorge and Anabel are extraordinarily efficient, kind, friendly, and fun to work with. They are an integral part of our Precision family, and their contribution is invaluable.
